Meet The Founder

Favour Ikome (Robinson)

Favour Ikome (Robinson) is the Founder and Executive Director of Raising a Generation of Esthers (RGE) Foundation, where she has committed to changing lives, building leaders and making valuable contributions to Africa’s transformation. Since 2015, Favour has supported hundreds of young women from communities across Cameroon through comprehensive enrollment-to-employment systems integrating mentorship, professional development, and holistic student support. Her scholars consistently excel: some as medical doctors who graduated top of their medical school class and another being internationally recognized for her work in space engineering.

Favour’s core conviction drives everything she builds: African students don’t need saving—they need systems designed for their success. When all barriers are systematically removed, excellence becomes inevitable.

A bestselling author and global transformational speaker, Favour addresses audiences worldwide on transformation, women’s empowerment, purpose and systems change. She serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Schools of Communication and Public Policy at Oral Roberts University, bringing expertise in professional alignment and transformational leadership.

Beyond RGE, Favour founded Global Champions University (digital learning for women across the globe) through her transformational coaching practice, Favourite Coach LLC.  She is a 2026 Elevate Africa Fellow, selected from 4,000+ applicants from 40+ countries, and is currently working to scale the RGE Framework by training universities across Africa to replicate her proven model and advocating for national policies mandating employment accountability.

She has mentored United Nations employees on integrating faith with professional excellence and leads multiple communities where she equips leaders to grow with purpose, maximize their influence and lead with impact.

She seeks to contribute to a future where comprehensive enrollment-to-employment support is standard practice across African universities, and the next generation cannot imagine a system that ignores employment outcomes.

Favour isn’t just building one program. She’s transforming how Africa invests in student success.
